Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?

Yes, we offer discounts for clients booking multiple properties. Contact us for details on our volume pricing.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are fully refundable. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee may apply.

How do I pay for services?

We accept all major credit cards, electronic transfers, and checks. Payment is typically due on the day of service, but we can arrange other payment terms for regular clients.

Do you charge travel fees?

Travel within Orange County and central Los Angeles is included. For locations beyond our standard service area, a small travel fee may apply depending on distance.
